I am having a wedding and I want a punch non-alchol I want it to match my wedding color lavender is that possible.

Yes, anything is possible with food colors.
Make a silver (white) punch- there are recipes and links in the punch thread. Tint to the desired color with food coloring. Use 1 drop each of red and blue to the right tint, or if you want more of a blue violet, 1 drop red to 2-3 drops blue.
