reheating bbq ribs and chicken
We are cooking our meat on Saturday before Easter. We will be having bbq ribs and bbq chicken. We are eating after church on Sunday. Can I put the ribs and chicken in my roaster oven to reheat them about 10:00 am until we get home around 12:30 pm? If so, what temperature do I use? We will have 4 racks of baby backs and 4 chicken halves.
It will cook further, there is no avoiding that. 275 degrees is the minimum safe reheating temp.
