For broccoli salad that calls for 1 head of broccoli -- how many pounds would it take of pre-cut pre-bagged to prepare for 110 people?

If this is a typical broccoli salad recipe, 14 pounds of crowns makes 100 servings. If there are other salads as well, make 2/3 the amount for 100. If it is the only salad, about 16 pounds of broccoli.
