Fruit Salad
My church is serving at a benefit for 300 people and we are in charge of fruit salad and I dont know how much of everything I will need to purchase...Here is the recipe. -Thanks so much
16 oz. can fruit cocktail, drained
3 1/2 oz. box instant pudding mix, dry
8 oz. Cool Whip
1/2 pkg. mini marshmallows (optional)

(Butterscotch, vanilla, lemon are good).
Mix fruit cocktail and pudding mix, fold in Cool Whip and then the marshmallows. Refrigerate.

That recipe makes 6 modest servings- 8 with the marshmallows. Take a look at the fruit salad recipes on my fruit tray page- they are better.
