Muffins pastries etc for a continental breakfast
I have to have a modified Continental breakfast for 300 before a day of meetings. How many muffins, pastries, bagels, coffee cakes, FRUIT would I need? I realize they won't have some of everything..I can't seem to get a handle on the amounts.
Are you planning to serve yogurt, cheese, or any proteins? This is quite important before a day of meetings, and does not have to be complicated.

Also, how are you serving? For 300 people, I recommend at least 4, preferably 6, serving stations.
