Can't seem to find anything quickly. Want to have 2 meat entrees for a reception. What is the easiest way to prepare 100 5oz steaks while keeping them tender and hot for the reception?

Even pro caterers have a hard time with steaks for this many, especially without a commercial kitchen.. Will you consider another beef?

Absolutely. Just looking for something that seems more upscale.

Very best, and costs no more than steak, sliced at station tenderloin or sliced at station tenderloin, just down from that, sliced at station tri-tip.
Oven? Beef Wellington.
