macaroni salad for 100 people

Ellen, Please help me. The ingredients I use for this salad is lb. noodles, 1/4 green pepper,1 cucumber, 1 small onion, about a stalk of celery, celery seed a couple sprinkles, celery salt, a little plain salt and couple shakes of black pepper. I am soo glad I found someone that can help me. I don't know how many people I feed with the one lb. Thanks so much. You are going to my favorites.

This doesn't have much added, I would do 8 pounds dry mac for heavy side for 100.
