Chicken for 300ppl

Hello...I am preparing a garlic roasted chicken for about 300 people. I cut the chicken up in chunks and am not sure how much chicken to do. I was thinking about getting 125 to 150 chicken breasts to cut up. Would that be enough to serve this many people?

You need 120 pounds boneless, raw chicken to make party size portions for this many people.
