Hello. I am wondering i have 185 invites going in the mail. of course some of those will have a spouse or children. I don't know how many dozen cupcakes to order. we are having pulled pork sandwiches as well as potato, chips and salads too. can you give me some advice? i know all of these people won't show either. thanks. How many to buy for 200 invites? there may be two people per invite? and i know all don't come? help?

Jodi, if you have 1 flavor of cupcakes, you order 1 per person plau a few. If you have 2 flavors, you order 60% of each (people take more). My best quantity amounts are on the plan for 100 tables. I can't help with estimating how many guests; don't know your pool of attendees.
