Having 70 people for a 40th b-day. We are having penil rice and gandules, baked ziti, meatballs, sausage peppers and onions,and chicken Francaise. I am in charge of meatballs. How many pounds of meat should I buy or how many meatballs should I make? Thank you in advance!

about 3 1' meatballs per person (4 ounces meat). There are plenty of other meats.
