I need to figure out how much cheese and crackers, veggie trays and meatballs to
set out for a father/daughter girl scout
dance of 260 guests. Help!

2 ounces cheese per person. 6-8 pounds crackers per person. 1 pound meatballs per 4-5. For veggie trays, see veggie tray page. Consider adding fruit trays.
