I'm making a Mexican dinner for our local soup kitchen and would like some ideas for an easy Mexican dessert recipe. Has to be fairly simple. I'm located in Massachusetts.

Very best choice for protein and delight would be flan-baked custard. Excellent second choice a cinnamony bread pudding packed with raisins and brown sugar.
