Reheating chicken sliced in gravy

Hi Ellen,
I am having a party 2 wks from now for about 90 people. I was going to cook boneless chick breasts that week, slice and refrigerate covered in gravy. Then reheat the day of in ovens and place over sternos. How long would a 9x13 (half pan for over aluminum sterno pan) tray of chicken and gravy take to reheat in the oven?

Tightly cover. Preheat at 350. May take a half hour if not too thick a layer. Check temp in the middle with an instant read thermometer. Should be 165.
