WEDDING reception on Saturday 12/18/10
We are planning a wedding reception for upwards of 100-300. We have prepared about 50# of BBQ pork, 30# of BBQ chicken, and I am planning to roast 2 small turkeys. I am planning to make about 50# of baked potatoes and have people bringing salads--3 kinds. I think I need at least 5 of each salad--serving 12 each. We are having punch (both regular and sugar free) and coffee, a large wedding cake and jordon almonds. Can anyone suggest anything I may have forgotten? I am so concerned that something will go wrong.
This is enough food for about 150-170 people. You will run out if there are more.
