Cookie Assortment for 25 people

I've been asked to make a cookie assortment tray for 25 people.
The cookies they are looking for are:
*decorated sugar cookies (I will personalize the decorations with the family member names on them)
*Shortbread dipped in chocolate with sea salt
*Chocolate Cookies with white chocolate chips and macadamia nuts
*Jam Thumbprints
My question is how many of each type of cookies should I make?
I'm also not sure how much to charge for something like this.
Thoughts?

-1 per person plus about 4 extra
*Shortbread dipped in chocolate with sea salt
2 per person, cut fairly small
*Chocolate Cookies with white chocolate chips and macadamia nuts-2 per person, fairly small
*Jam Thumbprints- 2 per person
That's about 14 dozen cookies. $6-7 per dozen is a low price for these artisanal cookies. You should charge at least 3-4 times the cost of your ingredients.
