Cajun Holiday party
I'm hosting a cajun holiday party for 50. I'm making deviled eggs, pickled shrimp, baked beans, sensation salad, jambalaya and fried turkeys. How much jambalaya should I make? And how many 12 pound turkeys? Your page in beyond helpful -thank you!
deviled eggs- half the amount for 100 this site-
pickled shrimp-1 pound per 4 to 5 people
baked beans- 2 gallons
sensation salad- 2 gallons
jambalaya- 3/4 cup per person
fried turkeys- 3/4 pound whole raw per person
Do not forget the garlic French bread, maybe my recipe.
