How much of the following foods would I need
20lb turkeys, stove top stuffing boxes, 10lb bags of potatoes and for ceasar salad how many heads of romaine lettuce

I woud count this as 100 adults, and use the shopping article in Big Pots (top- holiday cooking). Don't forget to add the teachers/adults
