i took the turkey out at 160 but after an hour cut it and it stood looked underdone? The stuffing was definitely not at 165,..i put it back in think it will now be over done?
If stuffed, you have to cook to 165 in the middle of the stuffing, thisa is why I always say cook unstuffed. This procedure is not the safest, food safety wise, you have to get it back to 165. Hope you and the turkey are OK.
