Beef - Help!
I'm approaching my first event where I have to cook, serve & plate 93 Beefs. Many inexperienced people have given suggestions, but no one certain. Best way to cook off Terrace Major to a nice medium (they really don't care if its MW as long as there is no blood). I have all day to prep and prepare!
Beef what? And what is Terrace Major? 93 plates or 93 roasts or 93 people with buffet?
