Grilled Chicken Salad for 50

We are cooking for 50 ladies at a women's retreat. We will be making grilled chicken salad and soup with dessert for lunch. I cannot find anywhere, how much salad to feed 50. We will be putting lettuce, grated carrots, a small amount of purple cabbage in the main salad.

You just need to look in the quantity guides on the Big Pots page for salad info and for lots of help on quantities. You will find everything you need! Even how much dressing, depending onm wherther thick or thin.
Don't forget some egg salad or tofu salad for the vegetarians in your group- or at least a bowl full of hard boiled eggs...
