I am trying to organize a party for almost 200 people. How many oz of deli meat will I need per person. This is not supposed to be the main course. Also, how much cheese?

3 ounces of meats, 1 1/2 to 2 ounces of cheese, part of which could be logs or spreads.

I am in charge of the food for our church Christmas party. I have never done this before and I am not sure how much food I will need. We are serving boneless ham, a potatoe casserole (shredded, with cheese, sour cream,onions and chicken soup), green beans and corn for 200 people. How many pounds of ham? the bags of veggies are 3.5#'s how many of those will I need and how many trays (9x13)of potatoes will I need?
