will 50 slabs of ribs feed 200 people at 4 ribs a person ?

Most rib slabs only have 10-12 ribs- some difference on trims- so 50 would be short.

I allow 1 pound to 1 1/4 pounds per person for ribs- more if fatty or untrimmed, less if baby back, or well trimmed.
