I am cooking for a local Not For Profit to help feed our community. I am making a Shepard's Pie with a spanish twist. I need to make 3 full trays...I have no idea how much meat or potatoes I will need. Please help.

The trays vary in depth, holding 5 1/2 to 7 quarts. I need to know how many SERVINGS you are trying to make, or how many people you will be serving..
