pulled beef
I'm serving 75 people at a event outside and would like to know how much beef to buy and if boneless cross rib roast would work if cooked long and slow in the oven. we will also have pulled pork and salads. The beef will be served on hamburger buns. Thanks you{:>
Cross rib cooked low and slow would be fine. I would do about 25 pounds boneless beef and 15-18 boneless pork.
