Cooking for 35
I am cooking for 35 college female basketball players. I am having baked ham, chicken n dumplings (for those who don't eat ham), mac n cheese, green beans, brown rice and rolls. Do you think one pan 19 1/2 x 11 1/2 x 3 1/2 inch for the rice and mac n cheese will be sufficient? Normally I use an 8 oz box of macaroni for my family of 10 for the mac n cheese and 1 cup of rice plus 2 cans of consomme for the rice dish. I am planning on making these recipes x 4...What do you think?
Nice menu. They eat like guys. I would do at least 3 pounds dry of the pasta, and 2-3 pounds dry of rice.
