we are having a pasta buffett at our senior center for about 250 people. what kind of desserts should i make? and recipes. thank you love this site. i just found by accident.

Cosmic coincidence, there are no accidents...

Most seniors love single servings and creamy desserts. I would consider the higher protein, lower carbo desserts like baked custard or flan, custard style bread pudding, or tiramisu; or how about a Sundae bar with hot fruit and hot fudge toppings in crock pots.

Individual custard eclairs are grand, and a really good butter cookie, no nuts, wil go over well. Good luck.
