Halloween Hot Lunch
April Carroll
09/30/10
Hi,

I'm having a hot lunch for 300 hundred people. It's a school functions, so prek-8th grade, along with faculty. How much salad should I serve? The menu is baked ziti, meatballs, pigs in a blanket, salad, breadsticks and dirt in a cup dessert? How many bottles of dressing also?

I would do as for 200 adults. A finger salad with baby carrots, cherry tomatoes, celery sticks, broccoli, with Ranch dipping, would probab;y be more popular that green salad.
