Wedding Reception for 150 People

We are having a wedding 10-16-10; menu is beef on weck, salt potatoes and rigatoni. 150 guests; mainly adults. How much beef? Salt Potatoes? and Rigatoni in LBS will I need? I ordered 300 MINI rolls for the beef on weck. Should that be enough?

Rolls are OK. 5 ounces ready to eat beef per person, which is close to 1/2 pound raw. 45 pounds potatoes. 8-9 pounds dry pasta.
Sandwich condiments are on the sandwich page.

So will I need more than 60lbs of the roast beef?

60 pounds ready to eat is fine. 60 pounds raw is close.

we are not getting the meat pre sliced we are getting roasts and then slicing them ourselves. How much meat is needed as a cooked weight for approx. 150 people. I DO NOT Want to run out of food it would be embarassing!

If the rigatoni has meat, I would do about 70 pounds raw, if no meat, about 75 pounds.
