Pulled pork Sandwiches

I am feeding 180 football players on a budget. We are looking at doing pull pork sandwiches with beans and potato salad. Drinks and dessert.

How much pull pork am I going to need? What is the best type of cut for this also?

Help football boys!!! I'm freaking out.

Figure this as 200, they eat a lot!

Pork shoulder is what you want, and you need 1/2 pound bone in per person, 2 rolls, see the sandwich page for condiments. You want 9-10 gallons of potato salad, 7-8 of beans, and I would add slaw (about 7 gallons) and corn (about 40 pounds).
