i'm making whole ham and roasted red pots along with beans and pasta salad. how much ham and pots do i need. is 1 #10 can enough for 40 people (ranch style)?

For the ham and potatoes, use the plan for 100 table and get a little less than 1/2 For the beans you need at least 2 *10's
