How many lbs of potatoes to make scalloped potatoes for 75 people (mostly women)? There will be 2 meats served as well as a vegetable and salad.

I allow 35 pounds per 100 for mixed groups, since this is mostly women you would likely be fine with about 25-28 pounds.
