I am cooking fajitas for 200 people the plate is fajitas are with beef ,chicken, shimp would like to ask you how moany pounds I need of all the items . like the beef , chicken, shirmp, also how many pounds of bell peper do I need oins also woud like to see if you can let me know how many pounds of refried beans ,spanish rice thank

Your peppers and onions together are the same weight as your meats. Unfortunately, when you do 3 meats with shrimp, you have to have 1 raw pound of each, beef, skinless boneless chicken and shrimp, for each 4 people

The beans and rice are on the plan for 100 page, with many recipes on the site. Double for 200. Consider borracho beans, preferred with fajitas.
