Dear Ellen,
How many pounds of Brisket, Potato Salad, Beans, Cole slaw, and BBQ Sauce would i need to feed about 125-130 people???

Use 1 1/4 the amount for 100, all these foods are covered on both the bbq and brisket page and on the plan for 100 page.
