I am serving 400 people a barbeque type meal. loin back ribs, pulled pork and boneless skinless thighs. The sides will be buttered parsley potatoes, cole slaw, fruit, raw veggies, corn, bread and baked beans. can you suggest how much food I would need to prepare.

Is this a plated meal or self serve?
Buttered parsley potatoes, cole slaw, fruit, raw veggies, corn, bread and baked beans., are all covered in the plan for 100 page, 4 times the amount for 100.
For the meats, I need to hear whether you are serving per person or it is self serve. At a minimum you would be looking at 1/2 pound raw weight robs PLUS 4 ounces raw boneless chicken PLUS 3 ounces cooked pilled pork, which is 1 pound raw per 4

OK. Then the above ought to work. But have someone serve the ribs for the first round or you may run out-

By the way, to serve 400 in a timely way, you need 8 serving lines. plus separate beverage (at least 4) and dessert stations.
