We are planning a church dinner for around 300 people. My husband is doing brisket and sausage. He has done this several times and is a pro. However, myself and some other ladies are to prepare the potato salad, beans and coleslaw. How much of each do we need to prepare for 300?

Check the BBQ side dishes section of the plan for 100 tables, make 3 times the amount for 100 of each dish, Have fun. There are good recipes for 100 for each of these on site.
