I am planning a 30th wedding anniversary for about 100 people. I'm just having the basic fruit, veggie and meat and cheese trays. How many lbs of deli meat would I need?

It really depends on the time of day and whether it is over a mealtime, and whether it is with rolls for sandwiches- see the sandwich page quantity table for help, make an estimate. Then post if you would like me to check it.
