For appetizer, about 1 pound for 5. For entree, if it is the only meat,1 pound for 3-4. More info on the spaghetti page.

I am making meatballs and baked ziti in my 18qt roaster. I need to know what temperature to cook both and amount of time each should be cooked. please let me know thanks
