I am cooking for a gathering of about, 125 people. I need to know how many pounds of Cabbage and smoked meat I need. How many pounds of Cheese for Macaroni, and How many cans of green Beans.
This is for Sunday 8/22/10.

If the smoked meat is for seasong the cabbage, you need about 26-29 pounds cabbage and 5-8 pounds bacon ends and pieces.

You will be making 12 to 14 9x13 pans of macaroni and cheese, 1 pound macaroni per pan, cheese to your taste per the recipe you are using.

I allow 3 cans of green beans for each 60 people Take a look at my better green bean casserole. If you are serving canned green beans, it is a big improvement over plain. Or add a #10 can of diced tomatoes in juice and 2 pounds or fried onions to the green beans as they simmer

rajesh, if you will put "onion gravy" in quotes and then Indian, you will get recipes and how to videos for this food. There are a lot of variations.
