Question re: "No-peel (baked) eggs for egg sa
Found your site recently, and I think it's great!

The method of baking eggs for egg salad referenced above is brilliant. One question, though. The directions say:

"You can cook them whole in a double boiler or preheated oven at 325 degrees."

But then it goes on to say: "Bake at 300 degrees . . . until firm . . . "

So, should it be 300 or 325 degrees?

Either, I need to fix that. The lower temp is a little easier on the eggs. It also helps to keep the layer 2 inches or less.
