Having a BBQ and wondering how many hamburgers and hot dogs we should make for 50 people.

We will also have sausage & peppers, baked ziti, mac salad, 3 bean salad, rice and beans, regular salad, pasta salad, chips, dips, etc.

But I want to make sure we have enough BBQ food for everyone.

I would make about 60 burgers and skip the hot dogs. Have a couple of pounds of the bun size Polish sausage, but keep cold and only open if needed.
