How much roast beef do i need to feed 60 people

This is my first time preparing a meal and I have the responsiblity to feed 60 people. I don't know how much meat I need. or mashed potatoes, carrots,peas I need. Would you be able to help me?

Yes. You use the tables for 100 and do 2/3 the amounts, all these foods can be found. There is a whole article on roasting beef at the top of the big pots page, figure the weight from the planning table and the cooking from this article. If you want to post your estimates, I will be glad to check them.

For amounts, use just over 3/4 the amounts for 100 from the plan for 100 tables. If you post your estimates, I will check them for you.
