How much fruit and veggies?
I have a wedding this weekend...the menu is, roast beef, potato casserole, green beans, a pasta salad, and a veggie salad, and rolls. My question is that we are also having a fruit tray (with only watermelon and grapes) and a veggie tray with only carrots and celery and dip..this will all be served at the same time and it is for 350 people...how much should I make if it the trays are included with the meal...thank you so much if you can help.
About 2 ounces of grapes and 4 ounces of edible watermelon, which is 8 ounces of whole watermelon, 1 1/2 ounces of each veggie and 1/4 cup dip per person.
