High school reunion

I've been asked to cater a high school reunion for 150 people. It's on a Saturday evening from 7-11, or so. They would like 3 hot apps and 5 cold/room temp. They also would like 2 desserts and then snacks for after the apps are done. So if they want to say $12 per person times 150 people that would be $1800. Do you think that's enough to cover the food plus my efforts?

Probably not. First of all, you will need to hire at least 3 helpers for the actual event; most caters would use 6. The $12 could cover just the apps nicely, but you have also been asked to provide dessert and snacks, which should about double the price.
