we are having a thanksgiving style dinner for our town-how many turkeys would we need to feed 125 people-saying average turkey weight 18-20 lbs. and also am planning on cooking some of the turkeys the day before the dinner--what is the safe way to cook/store/and re heat turkey? thank you
