I was planning on lunch meat sandwiches, veggie pizza and fruit bowls. Not sure how much I need.

Allow 1 piece of pizza per person, and see the sandwich event page for the sandwiches, do 1/2 the amount for 100. See the fruit tray page for the fruit; trays hold better than salads and the leftovers are more usable.
