-Hotdogs
-Chicken Breast
-Potato Salad
-Green Salad
-Fruit Salad
-Rolls
-Baked Beans
-Condiments & toppings
We'll have 2 over sized grills and 3 cooks for the bbqing, as well as 4 helpers/people to help set up. This will be a self-serve buffet.
For Drinks:
We're having red and white wine, sparkiling cider, lemonade, and pop. How many bottles of wine, sparkiling cider, and cans of pop should we get?

Hi, Nichelle,
All the foods are covered in the planning lists and related pages (fruit tray page, etc, and the beverages are discussed on the beverage planning page. Sandwich condiments table is on the sandwich page.
The meats:
Hamburgers- allow 1 for each person, plus 10%
-Hotdogs- get Polish sausage, tastier and about the same price. Get 1 per person, but only start with half. The rest can go in the freezer for later if not needed.
-Chicken Breast- allow one small (5-6 ounces bone in) for each person
So have a try at an estimate, post it, and I will check it for you.
