I am doing a picnic for a church and am expecting 1500 people. Any metrics on estimating how many children I should prepare for, and serving size for children?

Serving sivze for children; 1 tablespoon per year up to age 5; 1/2 grades 1-4; 3/4 grade 5-6; adult 8-10, adult plus 1/4 teens and college students No way I can help on what percentage of the church is kids; talk to the pastor or his/her spouse.
