Hi, I need some help on making sanwiches for 70 people I need to know how much bread and lunch meat I need were doing chips and fruit also . Whats to cheapest way of doing this?

See the sandwich event page. If you are making them ahead, you need a different amount than if they are self-serve. Also, there are sandwich filling recipes on the tea party page.
Buying the meat and cheese on sale or making a filling such as chicken salad can reduce costs
