I'm doing a shrimp and crab boil for 30 people 16 adults and 14 kids. How many pounds of red potatoes should I buy along with the shrimp and crab I would like to have a mixture of snow and blue crab.

Just did this for a large family gathering. 12 pounds of potatoes. Get 1 crab or crab cluster per person plus 1/2 pound shrimp per person to have plenty.
