About how many pounds of hummus do you recommend per 50 people when it is served buffet style as part of a Mediterranean feast? Same question for Tzatziki sauce (assuming it will be used on lamb and grilled veggies on plates or in pita)?

1 pound hummus for each 4 people for a moderate amount. 1/4 cup tzatziki is minimum; 1/3 cup is usually not too much.
